Focused Repair or Complete Rescreening?
Lanai screen repair may fit when damage is limited and the surrounding mesh remains usable. One torn panel, a loose spline section, or a door-screen problem does not automatically require complete rescreening.
Screen enclosure rescreening may fit when mesh or spline is worn, loose, brittle, or failing across many approved sections. The visible condition should determine the recommendation.
Conditions That Define the Approved Scope
- Number, location, and size of affected panels
- Wall, roof, door, and elevated-panel access
- Condition of nearby mesh, spline, and frame channels
- Door-screen and eligible hardware concerns
- Fastener, coating, sealing, or repairable aluminum conditions
- Material compatibility and confirmed product availability

Screen and Component Choices
Screen products differ by mesh construction, appearance, airflow, visibility, and intended use. The estimate should identify the exact available product rather than relying on a broad material label. Doors, hardware, fasteners, coating, and frame work are separate from mesh replacement unless the estimate expressly includes them.
