What We Review Before Confirming the Scope
The review considers the enclosure type, visible condition, access, connection points, nearby surfaces, components that must remain, and the requested end condition. These details determine what TD Screen FL can include and what requires another contractor or approval.
A Defined Removal Plan
The approved estimate should identify the exact enclosure or components included, site-access requirements, protection responsibilities, material handling included in the scope, exclusions, and the condition in which the area will be left. Work outside that written scope is not included.
Removal Is Different From Repair or Restoration
If the existing enclosure remains suitable, screen enclosure rescreening or screen enclosure restoration may be reviewed before removal is selected. The visible condition and the homeowner’s objective guide the available option.
