No, there is no need for you to be at home while working or in an estimate – we will send a professional expert on our behalf, he will call and give you a professional opinion and present you with the relevant options.
If you decide that the estimate is relevant, we will update you on the date of the work.

Do I need to provide the company with anything before starting work?
