Screen Service for an Existing Patio
TD Screen FL services the screening and eligible enclosure components of existing patio screen areas. The appropriate repair, rescreening, or restoration option depends on the visible condition and approved scope.
When Patio Screen Restoration Makes Sense
Patio screen restoration may make sense when the patio screen area still has a usable structure, but the screens, visible frame areas, doors, or finish are showing age. Restoration looks beyond one torn panel and considers the overall condition of the screened patio space.
TD Screen FL can inspect the patio screen area, explain what can reasonably be restored, and help determine whether restoration, focused repair, rescreening, or another service option is the better fit.
Confirm the Restoration Scope
Restoration may include rescreening, screw replacement, door or hardware service, painting, pressure cleaning, and eligible aluminum repair. The work included depends on the visible condition of the existing enclosure and the approved estimate. Engineering, permitted structural design, and new enclosure construction are outside this service.
