Create an Opening-by-Opening Record
Number the affected openings or describe their locations in plain language. This record gives the pool screen repair estimate a clear reference and reduces ambiguity about which panels are included.

Add One Condition to Each Opening
For each item, note torn mesh, a hole, a loose edge, or a panel that appears unsecured. Keep the description visual and avoid guessing at the cause.
Mark Concerns That Repeat
If the same issue appears on many openings, record it as a pattern. That may support comparing the request with screen enclosure rescreening instead of treating every panel separately.
Give the Door Its Own Line
List a door-screen tear separately from a door that drags, will not close, or does not latch. Only the components named in the estimate should be assumed to be part of the repair.
Do Not Mix in an Unapproved Broader Scope
Multiple enclosure components belong under pool enclosure restoration. A question about the enclosure structure belongs under screen enclosure repair or replacement.
Use the Record at Final Review
Compare the approved estimate with the opening list. Any difference should be clarified before work proceeds.
